Flower Care
Care instructions will be provided and should be followed in order to keep your florals in the best condition. California Floral Studio is not responsible for the care and condition of the flowers after the client picks-up their order or once delivery is completed. If the client pays for delivery, delivery does not include set-up fees. If you are interested in full service floristry services, please use our Weddings and Events page to receive a quote.
Substitutions
We do not offer any substitutions or customizations for the menu collections. If you are interested in full service floristry services, please use our Weddings and Events page on our site to receive a quote. Alternatively you may email us at info@cafloralstudio.com to discuss custom pieces. We will however, entertain color pallet preferences. Please understand that we will make our best effort to accommodate color preferences, however working with a living medium, sometimes it is not possible.
Cancellations
Cancellations of our a la carte services must be confirmed with us no less than 14 days prior to your pick-up date. Cancellations will incur a $100 operations fee. Cancellations within 7 days of pick-up date will not be accepted and the client will pay the full amount.
Any additional items added to your order must be requested within 7 days of your pick-up date.

Pick-Up
Once your order is placed we will reach out to you to finalize your pick-up details. If you would like delivery, we can arrange for delivery to one location (not multiple locations) within the greater Sacramento area starting at $25. Delivery rates will vary widely depending upon the size of the order or refrigeration requirements.
